Mechanical and Heat Pump System Upgrade
At Anelec, we are proud to have been part of the Middlesbrough Council project, where we provided expert services for the mechanical water and heat pump room system and the distribution system upgrade. This critical upgrade was designed to enhance the council’s heating system mechanical reliability, reduce operational costs, and support sustainability goals, ensuring the facility remains at the forefront of modern energy systems.
Project Overview:
Our team was tasked with upgrading the existing mechanical systems, focusing on optimizing the water and heat pump room infrastructure and its distribution system. The goal was to improve the performance, energy efficiency, and reliability of the heating and water supply systems.
Key Services Provided:
- Mechanical Water System Upgrade: We replaced and upgraded the water distribution infrastructure, ensuring efficient flow and enhanced performance across the council’s heating and water systems.
- Heat Pump Room System Upgrade: Our team installed and optimised advanced heat pumps improving the system’s mechanical reliability and removing any containment issues that previously existed.
- System Distribution Upgrade: We implemented upgrades to the distribution network, enhancing the efficiency of the heat pump and water systems, ensuring reliable and consistent heating and hot water supply to all areas of the building.
- Energy Efficiency: The upgrades were designed to significantly reduce energy consumption, contributing to both cost savings for the council and a more sustainable energy profile.
- Project Management & Coordination: Our team worked closely with Middlesbrough Council’s facilities team to ensure minimal disruption during the upgrade process, completing the project on schedule and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
